School meal calendar

We operate a 3 week rotational menu in all our schools.

Following a school term holiday we always restart on week 1.

Each school manages their own teacher training days. Please contact your school for this information.

All children in Reception, Year 1 or Year 2 are eligible for Universal Infant Free School Meals, but you must complete an application form to register. If you do not complete a free meal application form you will have to pay for meals from Year 3.

For just £2.10 per day your child can enjoy:

  • a choice of freshly cooked main courses
  • fresh salad or vegetables
  • bread
  • a tasty pudding

Our school meals are designed to give your child exactly the right kind of foods to keep them going until teatime, including lots of energy-giving carbohydrates and at least two of their five a day fruit and vegetables.

If your child doesn't already stay for a school meal, why not introduce them? You might be surprised.

Lunch is an important time of the day for students. We work with students to offer a varied menu.

Four of our schools employ professional chefs.

They produce a daily choice of traditional, international and vegetarian dishes - accompanied by salad or fresh vegetables.

The three week menu offers students simple fresh food that they want to eat.

In addition, students have the choice of:

  • an Indian or Chinese choice of dish
  • made to order sub style sandwiches and salads
  • hot pasta pots served with a choice of sauces
  • crispy jacket potatoes with choice of hot or cold filling
  • drinks, fruit, cakes and biscuits
