OFFER PROCEDURE
• Offers should be submitted on an Offer Form and submitted along with necessary supporting details.
• The Offer Form and supporting details should then be sealed in an unmarked envelope.
• The green adhesive address label supplied by the Council should be adhered to the front of the envelope.
The label and offer form can be obtained by contacting Strategic Property General Enquiries Tel:  0191 643 2142.

 DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS
To arrive at the Councils offices as described above, no later than 12.00 noon on Friday 26th January 2018.
Any offers received after this deadline will not be considered in this process.
