Registration in the SIGN Directory
The SIGN Directory is an online directory of community services and events for the residents of North Tyneside. It is designed for people to search for and find services and activities that may support them in their lives. It allows people to make informed choices in an accessible, user-friendly manner.
If you are a commissioned organisation or a group providing a service to the residents of North Tyneside, please register with us as a provider in the SIGN Directory.
