Update COVID-19

We are working to deliver planning services during the COVID-19 outbreak.  We have limited office cover as a result of staff working remotely.  In line with Government advice, to protect our customers and staff, we need to limit face to face contact, unless absolutely essential, for a period of time.

Arrangements have already been made to ensure that decisions can still be made on planning applications should the Planning Committee not be able to meet in person. From 9 June 2020, meetings will be held virtually via video conferencing and streamed live via You Tube should you wish to observe. Amendments to the speaking rights scheme are proposed in light of these new arrangements and further information is published below.  Information about future meetings will be published online. Committee agenda papers and minutes will be published online as usual. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation at this time.
