Coach Lane/B1318 Signalisation
Overview
The works at the Coach Lane/B1318 junciton are now complete. In 2020/2021, the Council's strategic partner Capita replaced the junction's mini roundabout with traffic signals, installed crossing points and widened the B1318 before and after the junction to create an additional lane southbound.
This was a developer-funded Section 278 scheme relating to housing developments within Newcastle City Council’s boundary.
