Former Sea Scout Hut and Site, Tynemouth (To Let)

North Tyneside Council invites offers for a leasehold interest to acquire the right to use the land and buildings at the former Sea Scout Hut Site, Priors Haven Tynemouth NE30 4DG, comprising of 915 square metres or thereabouts of land with existing buildings.

The site is accessed off Pier Road Tynemouth and was previously used as a meeting facility/HQ, by the 19th Tynemouth Sea Scouts.
