Our Customer First Centres are now open on an appointment basis only. Please do not attend a Customer First Centre without first calling us to make an appointment.
If you require any assistance completing the form or need to provide evidence at one of our Customer First Centres please call 0345 2000 106 to make an appointment.

Paying for your Blue Badge
You can only pay for your Blue Badge when we have contacted you by telephone or letter to confirm your application has been successful. Please don't include payment with your application.
You can pay with a credit or debit card by calling 0345 2000 107.
Once an application is approved and the fee has been received, it will be posted to you within 10 days. Urgent Badges for the terminally ill can be processed within 24 hours.
Refused applications
If your application is refused you can request a review. You should contact us and make a request within 20 days of the refusal.
The review will be completed as soon as possible and normally within 20 days.
