For larger or bespoke projects which appear to fall outside of the standard fees and charges above, please contact us to request a competitive building regulations quote, email building.control@northtyneside.gov.uk

To help us get you the right quote, please include:

• your name and contact details
• the address and postcode of the property
• a description of the planned work
• plans or sketches of the planned work
• an estimated cost of the work

Other charges apply for additional services and documentation.

• Demolition Notice/Application: £250
• Replacement copy of Decision Notices or Completion Certificates: £50+VAT
• Hourly rate to support the Building Safety Regulator: £90+VAT
