A dangerous structure can include:

• unstable walls, fences and chimneys
• loose roof tiles
• broken windows
• fire damage to properties

Properties open to access can include:

• vacant properties and properties in disrepair that could be easily accessed
• damaged perimeter fencing protecting a property
