FREE Family Health Walk

FREE Family Health walk every Sunday 10.30-11.30am at Hadrian leisure centre. The first 20 children to attend (with an adult) receive a free goodie bag (on the launch date 25th June 2017 only).

These sessions are ideal for parents/carers to exercise with their children. A gentle paced way to get active with the family. The sessions provide an ideal opportunity to socialise and meet new friends during and after the session.

Start at Hadrian leisure centre, a circular walk including Richardson Dees Park (free time to play in the park) and back to Hadrian leisure centre.

Remember to:

• bring a drink and a snack for you and your family.
• wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the season, umbrella or rain coat, buggy rain covers in case the weather changes
• supervise your child - no more than two under 6 year old children to one adult (children are your responsibility during the session and a member of staff will be available on hand for first aid and to assist in an emergency)
• arrive at 10.15am (15 minutes before the start of the walk for the leader to meet you and take the register - please inform the leader if you have any medical conditions)
