The best of North Tyneside’s businesses are to be celebrated at an upcoming event.

Taking place on the evening of December 2nd, the annual North Tyneside Business Awards will honour businesses that have made a huge contribution to the borough.

It’s been organised by North Tyneside Business Forum, and a total of 21 businesses have been shortlisted across seven categories.

Television presenter Kim Inglis will host this year’s awards ceremony and an after dinner entertainment will be provided by “Laughter Dinner Speaker” John Hotowka. There will also be a late bar / DJ & Disco until 12:30am.

Ahead of the event, North Tyneside Elected Mayor, Norma Redfearn said: “The Business Awards are an excellent opportunity for us to recognise the outstanding contribution that these businesses make to our local economy.

“The success of each individual business does so much towards putting North Tyneside on the map, helping make our borough more attractive both for businesses looking to relocate and visitors.”
