Stunning show apartments showcasing retirement accommodation exclusively for the over-60s to rent from North Tyneside Council are opening their doors for viewings during June and July.
The £300m North Tyneside Living project has created over 920 modern, independent living homes at 26 sites across the borough.
As well as offering private, modern, comfortable apartments, all schemes have bright, shared lounges and offer activities ranging from coffee mornings to evening entertainment, hobbies, reading, or just relaxation.
Each development also has its own therapy room for use by health and personal care professionals, as well as landscaped and shared gardens. There is guest accommodation at each location too, where friends and family can stay.
At the open days, North Tyneside Living staff will be on hand to guide prospective tenants and their families around the accommodation on offer, answer any questions and offer help and advice with applications.
