Urging residents to complete household enquiry form

North Tyneside Council is urging residents to complete their household enquiry forms.

The form takes just a couple of minutes to complete and can be done either by posting the completed form back or online at www.hef-response.co.uk/northtyneside.

Household enquiry forms are used so that the council can check who is eligible to vote.

All households are legally required to respond, and the council are legally required to send letters to addresses. If any households don’t respond, reminders will need to be issued or council staff will be visiting households in person in October.
