As the countdown towards summer begins, The Lakeside Centre in Killingworth is offering an exclusive Contours gym offer for new members.
The newly refurbished Contours gym at the Lakeside Centre, which has been transformed following an £80,000 investment in the gym, reopens on Friday 1 April. To celebrate the re-opening, new members can now take advantage of an exclusive offer to join at the Lakeside for just £5 and then pay only £9.99 per month for the first three months (subject to terms and conditions).
The investment in the Lakeside Centre has resulted in the replacement of all resistance and some CV equipment, a new functional training area with loose equipment and new dumbbells. The gym has also been decorated, the carpet has been replaced and new matting has been installed in the free weight area.
As well as having access to the facilities at the Lakeside Centre, Contours members can also use facilities at Waves in Whitley Bay, The Parks in North Shields, Tynemouth Pool and Hadrian Leisure Centre in Wallsend; adding up to five gyms, four pools, 195 classes and two spas.
Contours gyms always have fully trained instructors on hand to help members get the most from their workout. Friendly instructors provide a free personalised programme, built around personal goals and lifestyle and regular reviews keep workouts fresh and to help members achieve results.
The Lakeside Centre instructors are trained to support members at all stages – whether those new to exercise, those with injuries, pre- and post-pregnancy, or more experienced members wanting to update their workout with new challenges.
