Nexus consultation on planned changes to local bus services in North Tyneside (services 51A, 59/359 and W3)

On Monday 25th February 2019, Nexus launched a 6 week consultation on planned changes to services in North Tyneside.  The attached briefing note provides an over-view of the changes that Nexus are proposing and also explains why they feel it is necessary to make these changes.  Maps illustrating the proposed changes are also attached for your information.
 
Nexus are hoping that all residents affected by these plans will get in touch.  They are keen to hear from people who are in support of these proposals as well as those who have concerns.  Residents can contact Nexus driect using the details provided or complete the on-line survey.  
 
Subject to the feedback Nexus receives during the consultation, any changes would then be introduced with effect from late August/early September 2019.
