Various Streets, West Chirton

(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2014

North Tyneside Council gives notice that it intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit all through traffic on various roads as follows:

Simonburn Avenue from outside number 68 to 48.
Harnham Avenue outside number 16.
Chollerford Avenue outside number 55.
Humshaugh Road outside number 15.
Denton Avenue from outside 20 to 36.
Wark Avenue from outside 13 to 31.
Langley Road outside number 94.
Stannington Road from outside 21 to 41.

Alternative routes will be indicated by on site signage.

Only one street will be closed at any time.

The proposed temporary Order is required for internal sewer modifications.

The Order will come into force on 11 March 2024 for a period not exceeding 12 days.
