NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Tyneside Council will make the following Order on 4 April 2024.

Under the provisions of section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847, North Tyneside Council hereby order that during the times stated below the following regulations will be observed to prevent obstruction of the following streets during the holding of a Street Party:

The temporary closure will take place on Rosewood Terrace, Wallsend from the Martin Road entrance of the street which starts at 35 Rosewood Terrace up to the lamppost adjacent to 20 Rosewood Terrace on Saturday 24 August 2024 between the hours of 11am and 5pm.

During the closure, traffic should use the adjacent local road network.

Pedestrian access will remain.

The penalty for infringement of the above regulation is a fine.
