NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Tyneside Council will make the following Order on 18 April 2024.

Under the provisions of section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847, North Tyneside Council hereby order that during the times stated below the following regulations will be observed to prevent obstruction of the following streets during the holding of a Play Street:

The temporary closure will take place on Langley Avenue, Whitley Bay, NE25 9DF between numbers 5 and 28 during the hours of 14:00 – 17:00 on the following dates:

2024

Sunday 5 May

Sunday 2 June

Sunday 7 July

Sunday 4 August

Sunday 1 September

The penalty for infringement of the above regulation is a fine.
