TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2024

North Tyneside Council gives notice that it intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit all through traffic on Brook Street Lane from the junction with Oxford Street to behind number 33 Brook Street. 

An alternate route is available via Oxford Street, Brook Street. 

The proposed temporary Order is required to renew a lead service and will come into force on 21 May 2024 for a period not exceeding 4 days.
