(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

North Tyneside Council gives notice that it intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 49 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to temporarily suspend the use of the parking bays on Nile Street (from the junction with Russell Street to Railway Terrace) to a temporary loading bay in connection with the North Shields Phase 2 construction works and to assist with deliveries during the Bedford Street closure.

The Order will come into force on the 09 September 2024 lasting until the 29 August 2025.
