(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

North Tyneside Council gives notice that it intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to temporarily suspend the use of the bus stop on West Percy Street to create a temporary loading bay. This is to assist with deliveries during the Bedford Street closure as part of the North Shields Phase 2 construction works.

The Order will come into force on 9 September 2024 lasting until 29 August 2025.
