NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Tyneside Council will make the following Order on 16 September 2024.

Under the provisions of section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847, North Tyneside Council hereby order that during the times stated below the following regulations will be observed to prevent obstruction of the following streets during the holding of a Street Party:

The temporary closure will take place between numbers 4 to 24 on Mitchell Avenue, West Monkseaton, NE25 8NH on Sunday 13 October 2024 between 15:00 and 17:30

The penalty for infringement of the above regulation is a fine.
