NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Tyneside Council will make the following Order on 30 September 2024.

Under the provisions of section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847, North Tyneside Council hereby order that during the times stated below the following regulations will be observed to prevent obstruction of the following streets during the holding of a Play Street:

The temporary closure will take place on the complete length of Richmond Terrace from 1-31, from junction with Davison Avenue and Madeira Avenue on the first Sunday of the month from 14:00 to 17:00 on the following:

The penalty for infringement of the above regulation is a fine.
