(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

North Tyneside Council gives notice that it intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit all through traffic on Clifton Terrace Lane from the junction with Laburnum Avenue to behind number 21/23 Clifton Terrace.

There will be no alternative route due to the nature of the works being done.

The proposed temporary Order is required for the demolition of the former sweet factory at this location.

The Order will come into force on date 15 November 2024 lasting until the 16 November 2024.
