TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2025

 North Tyneside Council gives notice that it intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit all through traffic on Wark Avenue.

Alternate routes are available via various roads. On site signage will be available to show these.

The proposed temporary Order is required for carriageway resurfacing.

The Order will come into force on 27 January 2025 lasting until 10 February 2025.
