(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

North Tyneside Council gives notice that it intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit all through traffic on Albury Park Road Lane to the rear of numbers 15-17 Albury Park Road.

An alternate route is available via Albury Park Road Lane, Birtley Avenue, Albury Park Road.

The proposed temporary Order is required for a sewer connection. 

The Order will come into force on 27th January 2025 for a period not exceeding 8 days.
