TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2024

North Tyneside Council gives notice that it intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.  The effect of the Order will be to prohibit all through traffic on Melrose Gardens to Melrose Gardens.

An alternate route is available via Ridley Avenue, Lonsdale Gardens, Melrose Gardens. 

The proposed temporary Order is required for a CCTV Survey to the sewer.

The Order will come into force on 30 January 2025 for a period not exceeding 1 day.  Works expected to only take a few hours.
