TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2025

North Tyneside Council gives notice that it intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit all through traffic on Holyfields. Works to be completed in 3 locations so the whole of Holyfields will not be closed at any one time. 

An alternate route is available via Holyfields, Benton Road, New York Road. On site signage also available. 

The proposed temporary Order is required for the installation of ducts and kiosks.

The Order will come into force on 17 February 2025 lasting until 14 March 2025.
