NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Tyneside Council will make the following Order on 14 March 2025.

Under the provisions of section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847, North Tyneside Council hereby order that between the hours of 18:30 – 20:30 on Wednesday 21 May 2025 the following regulations will be observed to prevent obstruction of the following streets during the time of public event.

The Clive Cookson Road Race event will have the following closures in place: Murton Lane at its junctions with Brookland Terrace (New York Road), Sherwood Lane (Murton), Blacksmith Drive, Caldwell Lane (south west of Drumoyne Gardens) and Drumoyne Gardens.

There is no alternative route for this closure.

The penalty for infringement of the above regulation is a fine.
