NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Tyneside Council will make the following Order on 21 April 2025.

Under the provisions of section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847, North Tyneside Council hereby order that during the times stated below the following regulations will be observed to prevent obstruction of the following streets during the holding of a Street Party.

The temporary closure will take place from Etal Court / the end of Lovaine Terrace to (and including) the car park of Spring Terrace Health Centre (NPC North Tyneside - Spring Terrace) commencing on Sunday 11 May 2025 from 10:00 to 21:00.

During the closure, traffic should use the adjacent local road network.

The penalty for infringement of the above regulation is a fine.
