TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2025

North Tyneside Council gives notice that it has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.  The effect of the Order will be to prohibit all through traffic on Marden Avenue Lane at the side of number 14 Marden Avenue. 

An alternate route will be indicated by onsite signage. 

The temporary Order is required for ground investigation works.

The Order will come into force on 30 April 2025 for a period not exceeding 8 days.
