NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Tyneside Council will make the following Order on 16 May 2025.

Under the provisions of section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847, North Tyneside Council hereby order that during the times stated below the following regulations will be observed to prevent obstruction of the following streets during the holding of a Play Street.

The temporary closure will take place between numbers 8 and 16 Rathmore Gardens NE30 2SX on the below dates / times.

Sunday June 1 2025 14:00 - 17:00

Sunday July 6 2025 14:00 - 17:00

Sunday August 3 2025 14:00 - 17:00

Sunday September 7 2025 14:00 - 17:00

Sunday October 5 2025 14:00 - 17:00

Sunday November 2 2025 13:00 – 16:00

Sunday December 7 2025 13:00 – 16:00

Sunday January 4 2026 13:00 – 16:00

Sunday February 1 2026 13:00 – 16:00

Sunday March 1 2026 13:00 – 16:00

The penalty for infringement of the above regulation is a fine.
