NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Tyneside Council will make the following Order on 23 May 2025.

Under the provisions of section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847, North Tyneside Council hereby order that during the times stated below the following regulations will be observed to prevent obstruction of the following streets during the holding of a Play Street.

The temporary closure will take place on Westward Green, Whitley Bay on the Corner where Westward Green meets Fairfield Green and at the end of the street before the at junction to Fairfield Drive between the hours of 14:00 – 17:00 on the following dates (the first Sunday of each month):

December  7

The penalty for infringement of the above regulation is a fine.
