NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Tyneside Council will make the following Order on 9 June  2025.

Under the provisions of section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847, North Tyneside Council hereby order that during the times stated below the following regulations will be observed to prevent obstruction of the following streets during the holding of a Play Street.

The temporary closure will take place on Marden Terrace, Whitley Bay from the junction with Marden Avenue to junction with Station Road on the below dates between the hours of 14:00 and 17:00:

6 July 2025                          7 December 2025

3 August 2025                    4 January 2026

7 September 2025            1 February 2026

5 October 2025                 1 March 2026

2 November 2025             5 April 2026

The penalty for infringement of the above regulation is a fine.
