NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Tyneside Council will make the following Order on 9 June 2025.

Under the provisions of section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847, North Tyneside Council hereby order that during the times stated below the following regulations will be observed to prevent obstruction of the following streets during the holding of a Play Street.

The temporary closure will take place on the full extent of Sedbergh Road (Numbers 1-35) to be defined by junction of Sedbergh Road / Solway Avenue at one end and junction of Sedbergh Road/ Kirkstone Avenue at the other end, between the hours of 12:00 noon and 20:30 on Saturday July 19 2025.

The penalty for infringement of the above regulation is a fine.
