Clerk Of The Monkseaton Meeting is applying for planning permission for Variation of condition 1 (approved details) of planning approval 20/00321/FUL in order to make revisions to the approved scheme consisting of: Phase 1 - fabric repairs and upgrades to existing building (approach, platform lift, Acc WC and rear access to garden), including rebuilding rear section which contains stairs, WC and kitchen facilities. Phase 2 - alterations to rear garden room extension without Party Wall changes.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
