(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

North Tyneside Council gives notice that it intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit all through traffic on the footpaths at Springfield.

There is no alternative route however access to properties to be given where possible.

The proposed temporary Order is required for gas mains replacement.

The Order will come into force on 4 August 2025 lasting until the 25 August 2025
