The model is used to assess the impacts on the highway network of the future developments in North Tyneside Local Plan.

The Infrastructure Delivery Plan (IDP) describes North Tyneside's infrastructure requirements until 2032 that will be required to support the delivery of the Local Plan. The IDP includes a schedule of investment across a range of infrastructure areas. The infrastructure requirements will be constantly updated in light of new information that becomes available.

The Education evidence analyses primary and secondary school pupil yields within North Tyneside in the context of planned development to 2032, identified within the emerging North Tyneside Local Plan.
