Housing Advice Team
North Tyneside Council’s Housing Advice Team provides a free, confidential service to anyone who may be experiencing housing issues and is in need of housing advice.
As a member of the armed forces community you may be entitled to additional support and priority if you have an urgent housing need. North Tyneside Council’s Lettings Policy sets out the banding and priority awarded to former and serving members of the regular armed forces. This extends to bereaved spouses and civil partners. Our lettings policy is available online.
North Tyneside Council has an Armed Forces Officer who may be able to provide you with advice and guidance. They can be contacted through the Housing Advice Team.
