Our classes are suitable for everyone, whether you're a beginner taking your first tentative steps into group exercise, or you've been attending classes for years, there's something for everyone!
Instructor-led and virtual classes
We have a wide variety of classes every day of the week and you can choose from one of our own ‘local heroes’ to put you through your paces in person or take advantage of world-leading instructors from around the globe who will take you and the rest of the class through a workout in a pre-recorded session.
Both options are available to members so there is always somewhere you can access group exercise. Classes have been scheduled to be as frequent as possible to keep your options varied and you motivated!
