Booking a class or activity
CUSTOMER NOTICE: On 27th February 2019 we will be upgrading our membership software for all 5 of our indoor leisure facilities.
Because of this our online class booking system will be unavailable from 18th February 2019 until 5th March 2019 inclusive while the system is upgraded.
During this time exercise class bookings will need to be made over the phone or by visiting the facility that you wish book at. We will have additional reception staff on duty during busy periods to manage the booking process during this period.
In addition, as part of the above works, we will be unable to take any card payments at reception between 27th February & 1st March 2019 while the final checks are undertaken on the new system.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and we appreciate your patience while we undergo this crucial upgrade which is phase one of a longer term plan to improve the customer on- line experience. This stage involves the installation of new enabling software and a new platform which makes it possible for us to subsequently add on new on-line and self-service applications.
You can also access classes on a pay-as-you-go basis. Please book any classes you want to attend by visiting or phoning reception.
