SENDIASS is a free, confidential and impartial specialist service that can provide advice and information to empower parents, carers, children and young people, ensuring they are informed about processes and able to participate in decisions about their education. 

SENDIASS provide: 

information and advice on SEND law, statutory guidance, policy and local practice
Support on all aspects of the SEND framework
