Arrange a collection
To arrange a collection please contact Envirolink on 0345 2000 103.
There is a minimum charge of £10 per item depending on size, type and quantity of bulky waste. Find out how much it will cost, make the payment and then book your special collection slot.
If you are leaving any furniture or fabric items out for collection, please cover them to prevent them becoming wet and too heavy to safely remove.
In some cases scrap men may remove some or all of the items before we can collect, however please be aware that no refunds for booked collections are available unless cancellation takes place before 12 noon on the day prior to the scheduled collection date.
If you can take items of household waste to the Household waste recycling centre yourself, disposal is free of charge. Depending on your vehicle, you may require a permit. Charges apply for non-household waste. To find out more, please visit our Frequently Asked Questions.
