The Lakeside Centre has the following features to support access for all:

• Seven disabled parking spaces
• Low level access to the front entrance, with automatic doors
• Hearing loop at reception
• Lift from the reception area to the gym and changing on the first floor
• Poolside hoist (a member of staff will operate this for you)
• Four accessible larger changing rooms in the changing village
• Disabled toilets and changing facilities in the changing village, reception area and first floor
• Accessible stairs into the main pool and learner pool
• The poolside area is all deck level, with no steps

We offer SIGNVideo to our customers.

SIGNVideo helps us communicate effectively with our Deaf or Hard of Hearing customers who use British Sign Language (BSL). We can also support customers to contact us online.
