All complaints are dealt with in confidence at every stage. Information will inevitably by shared for the purpose of investigating your complaint. All information will be treated as confidential by the Council under the requirements of data protection legislation. Where appropriate, the information you provide may be used by the Council for the effective administration of official business and other official purposes.
