Infrastructure Funding Statement and Authority Monitoring Report
The Infrastructure Funding Statement (IFS) is prepared annually and sets out details about community infrastructure levy and planning obligation receipts and anticipated expenditure. The purpose of the IFS is to provide clarity and transparency to local communities and developers on infrastructure expenditure. The 2022/23 IFS is published below alongside detailed data regarding developer contributions within .csv files provided under the Open Government License. This includes a .csv for each:
- Developer Agreement (https://my.northtyneside.gov.uk/sites/default/files/web-page-related-files/developer-agreement_2024.csv),
- Contribution within each agreement (https://my.northtyneside.gov.uk/sites/default/files/web-page-related-files/developer-agreement-contribution_2024.csv),
- Transaction setting out funds received, allocated, or spent (https://my.northtyneside.gov.uk/sites/default/files/web-page-related-files/developer-agreement-transaction_2024.csv).
The Authority Monitoring Report (AMR) is also published annually covering the period of each preceding financial year from 1 April to 31 March. The document contains information on progress towards the milestones set out in the latest Local Development Scheme (LDS) and for the current monitoring framework that supports both existing and emerging planning policy. The AMR monitors the effectiveness of planning policies and how they are being implemented in practice.
